Made a size mistake? We're sorry to hear about it.

Our jewelry is unique and made to order just for you. We do not have stock to exchange. We must make a new piece just for you or resize yours if the design allows. This takes time and requires the use of raw materials.

Sizing adjustments cost us much more than 20 euros, but we have chosen to cover a large part of this cost ourselves so that you can make a mistake without too many repercussions when ordering online.

To do this:

1° Order a resizing per order and not per product ordered (the shipping costs for returning the new sized jewelry will be charged to you)

2° Return your order to us in its original packaging, in an insured package to the following address, indicating only:

- the number of the first erroneous order and the first and last name if different from yours

- the resizing order number and your first and last name

PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING ELSE WITH THE RETURN PACKAGE, ANY ADDITIONS WILL BE DESTROYED.
