We do not stock any jewelry; all jewelry is handcrafted just for you. Therefore, it cannot be returned or exchanged (see our general terms and conditions of sale ).

I didn't receive a confirmation email, has my payment gone through?Confirmation emails of order as well as emails from Shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you think you haven't received one of these emails, it's most likely in your spam folder.
Sometimes you only provide a phone number when ordering. Order and shipping confirmations are then sent to you by text message.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email in your spam folder or a confirmation text message , your payment was unsuccessful . You can try the process again without any worries.
This is a gift, can you shorten the manufacturing time?The manufacturing time will always be approximately 4 weeks and no exceptions are possible. To speed up the process, the only option is to choose the urgent delivery method (10 days) by paying an additional €135 fee when ordering.
